Through a gate, another private lawn area can be accessed, including direct access from the Primary bedroom. Near the main entrance, a small, paved area features a charming potted tree and a stone bench, adding to the garden’s appeal.

Downstairs Description

This cosy lounge is bathed in natural light, thanks to the French doors positioned on the south side of the room.

A few steps down from the lounge lead into the large, impressive kitchen/dining area. A standout feature is the traditional redbrick fireplace, now fitted with a modern gas-effect ‘wood-burning stove’, blending old-world charm with contemporary comforts.

Open-plan to the kitchen, the dining space features a large table with seating for six, perfect for family meals.
