Outside Description
The patio-style garden to the side of the house is enclosed and can be accessed via the garden gate from the parking area, or through the patio doors from the dining area. Outside table and chairs make this a lovely spot for dining al fresco when the weather permits. A built in barbeque is available for guests to use also.
From the property it's a short walk into the town, where you will find all the usual amenities.
Downstairs Description
Open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and stools; the kitchen has recently been totally refitted (2019) and includes all new appliances such as electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, 60/40 fridge-freezer and dishwasher Dining table with seating for 6 comfortably. Siting room with wood-burning fire. Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.
First Floor Description
Three bedrooms upstairs, two king-sized double beds and one twin bedroom. One family bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and hand basin. Smart televisions in all bedrooms, lounge and Kitchen.
