Outside Description

The cottage is semi-detached with an enclosed lawned garden to the front and the side of the property.

Downstairs Description

The sitting room has a cosy country feel, with warm furnishings in tweed and linen, framed by a traditional stone inglenook fireplace with large wood burning stove for those lazy days when throwing another log on the fire sounds like a good plan.

This leads into a well equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, extending into a sun room to the rear of the cottage which is ideal for snoozing dogs or a crisp evening Prosecco when the temperature starts to rise.

First Floor Description

Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other a twin bedroom with zip and link beds for added flexibility for adults and families, along with a shared family bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from wonderful front facing views towards the fortified manor house of Aydon Castle.
