Outside Description

The garden is separated from the private 19ft mooring and quay by a 3ft. high white picket fence with a gate. The terraced garden has non-slip decking. You can hire a dayboat by the hour, half day, day or longer locally and moor outside cottage on the private 17' mooring. Private fishing is possible from the garden subject to an Environment agency rod licence.

Downstairs Description

Lounge with direct river views: Large lounge area overlooking the river with waterside facing bay window offering beautiful river views. Sliding patio doors to garden.

Dining Area: The dining area is open plan to the lounge area and provides a large dining table with adequate seating for 8/9 guests. An access door to the kitchen leads directly from the dining area.

Downstairs Cloakroom: With toilet and washbasin.

Hallway: With storage area for high chair and vacuum cleaner and access to integral garage.

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with built in cooker & hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave oven & larder 'fridge. There is a small chest freezer in the garage (connected to the hallway by an internal access door).

First Floor Description

Double Bedroom: Double bedroom with fixed double bed with sprung mattress, wardrobe bedside table and storage drawers.

Twin Bedroom: Bedroom with two low single beds with sprung mattresses.

Bunk Bedroom: Bedroom with two bunk beds (one above the other) the lower bunk is a 4ft double bed with a high level single top bunk.

Walk in Shower Room: Both cottages have a new luxury shower room, each with large walk in power shower.

Second Floor Description

Master Double Bedroom: Master double bedroom with fixed kingsize double bed with sprung mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables and storage drawers.

Ensuite Bathroom : Ensuite with corner bath, toilet and wash basin plus bathroom cabinet.

Windows Views Description

The rear decked garden with direct views of the River Bure can be seen from all rooms in the house with the exception of the kitchen and 1st floor twin bedroom. The kitchen and bedroom both overlook the driveway and close.

Other Notes

The off road parking is for a maximum of 2 cars per house. (this is because the houses are situated in a private close and no parking is permitted elsewhere on the road or in the turning circle at the end of the close). Long term pay & display parking is available nearby for additional cars.

Towels are provided for overseas guests or available at £5 per person.

A travel cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.

Please supervise children in the riverside garden.
