Outside Description

Outdoor Balcony Accessed from the snug room on the 1st floor, the pretty balcony contains an 8 seater set of Bramble Crest rattan garden furniture, some pretty potted plants and a pergola with an optional cover.

A residents permit for 1 car is provided. The permit allows you to park anywhere on Argyle Street in one of the allocated bays. Please be aware that the permit does not guarantee a parking space, as bays are not allocated to individual properties.

Downstairs Description

Snug Just off from the first flight of stairs is the snug room.

Leading up a few more steps from the snug room, the spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge allows ample natural light to flood in, with large windows offering gorgeous views of the estuary and historic village.

The modern kitchen contains a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests.

The dining table fits perfectly in the bay window area, with seating for 6 guests and views of the estuary and pretty, historic street below.

The living area has comfortable, fixed seating for up to 6 guests on two sofas and an arm chair, a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix account provided and a beautiful Victorian style feature fireplace (decorative only).

The family bathroom has a shower over the bath with a large shower head attachment.

Bedroom 3 – Twins/super-king bedroom The first floor bedroom can be set as twin single beds (3 ft wide)

First Floor Description

Main Bedroom with en-suite bathroom The main bedroom is very spacious and offers stunning views over the estuary and countryside in the distance. There is a king size bed (5 ft wide)

The en suite bathroom has a full size bath and separate shower.

The 2nd bedroom contains a double bed (4ft 6″ wide)
