Outside Description

The rear garden is larger than the front garden and accessed via the door from the dining area, step across the footpath which runs the length of the terrace and into the private garden which includes a bistro table and chairs for making the most of the outside space. The gardens are not enclosed as the footpath leads along to the other properties on either side.

Downstairs Description

The cottage is accessed via a footpath, shared between the terraced cottages, which runs along the front of the row. The entrance door opens into the sitting room at the front of the property, with pretty cottage windows overlooking the front garden. The kitchen is spacious, well-equipped and newly updated, and leads through to a dining area at the far end, with an exterior door leading to the rear garden. Off the kitchen is a utility room, and a downstairs toilet.

First Floor Description

The stairs lead up to the first floor where there is one double bedroom and the family bathroom, comprising bath, separate shower unit, toilet and wash basin. Stairs lead up again to the second floor where the second double bedroom is located, with fabulous views over the cottage garden, and beyond over the local allotments and rooftops of the village to the coastline of Porlock Bay.

Other Notes

The property is accessed via a footpath from the road, the footpath runs along the bottom of the gardens at the front of the properties. The footpath is shared with the other cottages in the row.
